Nike Factory Store

Just left this store in the outlet and I received unbelievable service! I found some shoes that I liked but didn’t see my size or the color I wanted and one of the reps was there right when I needed them to help me find both the size and the color within minutes. Also they made sure I understood about the big sale going on the next weekend and help me carry my stuff to the fitting room. Very professional very polite. These guys are well-trained, not to mention I wanted the gear they were wearing! Great job Nike, you have some awesome people working for you here.

Good size selection, helpful, friendly staff. Don't like the barriers and ribbon lanes to cashiers.

Horrible customer service. Its a shame I have to give one star...Was never thanked for shopping there...barely greeted. Found item I needed in another store, cheaper...returned item. I was never greeted when returning item. The only thing Jordan said to me upon returning item was do you have the card you used to purchase. I have shopped at Nike Outlets...thoughtout the US and this is the absolute worst Nike Outlet I've shopped at. Jordan and another associate need to be retrained on manners.
