This was my first visit here, and it was very pleasant. First let me say that the staff is terrific and very helpful. They came by like clockwork to make sure that everyone was OK. They are knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. It's also a super nice two level store. I recommend.

I love the place!!! My husband buys all my Jordan's and outfits from here!! It has adult at the top and kids at the bottom so, I don't have to go to a whole different store for my size kids clothes, everything is on one spot!!!

Nice, clean, well organized, stocked well, helpful customer service, and there is also free parking adjacent to the store entrance.

Clean store! Employees everywhere to help. Sarah and Anthony were very helpful! I explained the situation with the shoes and they offered a solution immediately. Took less than 10 minutes.

This store has very good collection of shoes. However, employees do not want to help customers. Wandering around and answer very unwillingly or mumbling. Sneakers that are launched will be reserved for someone else not customers who were waiting in line and that has been confirmed even by manager. Nike cooperate need to evaluate the staffs and how this store are operating. Customers deserved better.

The reviews on the store are absolutely correct. The sales associates do not want to be bothered with the customers. They are very standoffish and rude when asked questions.

Nike definitely has a good hand in their customer service standards because this is the fourth Nike store I’ve visited where employees were approachable, plentiful, and just had an overall solid experience. The store was well laid out with sections adequately spaced. Mood lighting made sure all displays were in their best form. I was doing an exchange and it went smoothly, even with the minor hiccup with not getting the receipt to my email, I really can’t say anything ill about my store experience. Would recommend the store to anyone looking to browse or even seeking a particular shoe or colorway.

I normally don’t like going to the mall but I ran into the NC dunk lows here & I bought a good sweatsuit on sale. Definitely check in on a day you not suppose to be at the mall. lol
