I have been wanting a Peloton for quite some time now. I finally made the call yesterday to purchase mine. Let me just Adrianna W. is absolutely amazing. She answered my 1st call, answered all my questions, explained everything to me, and had the most amazing customer service towards me. It took my 2 days to make my purchase and she was so patient and kind the entire time. I’m so excited for bike and I felt like she was just as excited as I was. Peloton Atlanta you definitely have a gem on your hand with her as an employee. Thank you for your help and kindness!
Cherie is an amazing salesperson and asset to the Peloton family. She has been awesome with follow up and support when there were issues with my delivery. I appreciate her so much and would highly recommend her for any needs. I’ve sent a number of friends her way, and she took care of them too! I can’t wait for Peloton to come out with something else I can buy! I know exactly who I’m calling!!!!!
Over the weekend went to the Peloton store to look at bikes since I was considering switching from in-studio classes to at home Peloton rides for convenience and variety of classes. Adrianna Werkheiser helped us with all our questions and concerns, taking time to make sure we understood what we were signing up for. We couldn't have had a better experience thanks to Adrianna!
Drove from north Florida to test out both bikes. Cherie guided me and was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable about both bikes, the software and all of the accessories. But best of all, she was so PATIENT, MOTIVATING and HELPFUL as I was trying to make a decision. There was no pressure. She made sure that everything was set up and delivery was perfect!! If you are in Atlanta, go to the Peloton store and ask for CHERIE! Who knows, maybe you'll see her as instructor on the bike in the future!! I LOVE PELOTON AND MY BIKE+‍
Shelby and the team are amazing! They let us try the bike, and find the shoe size. We weren’t ready to buy, but all it took was one follow up email when we were ready! Our bike arrived over a month ago, and we love it! The hubs has the tread that he loves, and now I can spin at the same time. Amazing customer service, and the warehouse had the best delivery people!
Customer service is horrible!!!!!! I purchased this bike Sept 2020 I’m requesting a adapter because my screen went blank. It’s impossible to get customer service to cooperate. Y'all need to find some new delivery company or get a grip of the inventory tracking system. Ordered a bike and then failed to deliver. Rescheduled for the week following, failed to deliver... Just cus you ordered it doesn't mean you're gonna get it.... I'm fine being told the order will be there in 2 months. I'm not fine being told it'll take two months, one week at a time.
Had a date 2/2 for the knob on my bike to be fixed, called be Peloton tech and asked to switch my date to the following morning and I’d be the first person. I had left work a bit early, but said okay as long as I’m the first. Received an email from Peloton that night changing my date to 2/17, reached out and told to go by what the technician said. No one showed up this morning, didn’t even get a phone call. I called and was told the earliest available was 2/18. This is ridiculous. The technicians can just change dates via phone and there is no accountability taken. I have to wait even longer for this expensive as* bike I can’t ride because I can’t adjust my handlebars. Thanks, Peloton
Cherie and the staff at the Lenox store are top notch! A received my bike and gear even sooner than expected! I haven't missed a day since getting fitted in store! Highly recommend for anyone interested in joubg the Peloton Family! Ask for Cherie and tell'em I sent you! See you on the leader board!
