Niko's Pizza

We've been loyal returning customers of Niko's for over 20 years. We order food at least 3 times a week. I love Irene & the rest of the staff down to the delivery drivers. However Toula shouldn't be answering phones dealing with customers she is beyond rude! She's miserable every time she takes your order & rude. I've always ignored it & just hoped when I order I hope she doesn't answer. Tonight i couldn't ignore it. I ordered food & i ordered for my mom who is older & loves Niko's. Spent over $46 my mom always gets no salt on her French fries. I called & politely told the man who answered all three had salt & pepper. One order my moms wasn't supposed to. I was relieved he answered bc i didn't have to hear her miserable rude voice. He tells me no problem he'll send them out, I said would you like these back. Next thing I know I'm on hold & she gets on the phone & proceeds to tell me thry didn't have salt & make sure that I give them back. I said are you kidding me no problem i was planning on it. I'll take pictures too! I have no reason to lie. She said yeah I'm sure. Unbelievable! I'm tired of her ignorance. Please give her some lessons in customers service. I know all about it, I worked with customers & the public for over 20 years. Please do better Niko's.

Really good food with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.

This score is strictly about service and not the food. Called at 11:30 for a 12:15 delivery. Was assured it would be delivered by then. Food arrived at 12:56. No total on the receipt so the driver asked to borrow my phone. I sent him to the school office where he proceeded to call the number on the receipt, my cell phone. He hung up, flipped the receipt over and started adding up the items. He tells me my total, $45.89, and I give $60 and he leaves....no change! Super annoyed and frustrated. Will not be ordering here anymore.

Cheesesteak was excellent! Cheese fries we're disappointing. Melting two pieces of American cheese over top of french fries is not what I expected for a carryout that has been in business as long as Nikos. The American cheese just hardens back up and sticks on top of the first layer of fries. I'll try the fries with gravy next time.

I had the Steak & Cheese Sub. Im originally from NJ, and I normally grab a Jersey Mike's. After enjoying a Niko's, im now getting my Steak & Cheese there. A Better Sub Niko's.....Thanks

Niko's has one of the best pizza pies around. Ingredients are fresh & delicious. Housemade pizza crust perfectly cooked & chewy. Choose from Niko's large, affordable menu selection. Good customer service w/quick delivery. Bravo!

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I will say good friendly service. Paid over 8$ for a 6to8" Cheesesteak. Unacceptable North of the Mason Dixon line and 2 hrs South of Philly. This should have been a 12to 16" minimum sandwich. If I didn't have to work tomorrow it would have been worth the drive up there. Very disappointed and I will not return.

I’ve been avoiding Nikos for years now. First things first, the prices are WAY too high and not at all competitive to other sub shops in Dundalk in terms of prices. If the food was up to par with the prices I wouldn’t have as much of a complaint. The pizza is in my opinion, the worst I’ve had from any sub shop. What they do is they pre-sauce the dough and leave it sit out on the counter for HOURS uncovered. They don’t use nearly enough sauce. The pizza tastes like cardboard and that is no exaggeration. The subs aren’t much better, small and bland and actually gave me 2nd degree burns on my gums. None of the employees wear gloves or hair nets and the kitchen in the back is filthy and has rodents.

This place should be listed as a world culture heritage site because you cant get better pizza anywhere else. I love the pitas too and the rice pudding dessert is to DIE for. Best carry-out in Baltimore hands down.

I love Nikos. Friendliest staff, great food, and delivery service is always super fast. They know my wife and I by name, and we only order once every month or 2. Try their gyro, best around.
