Seasons Pizza

Ordered from other Seasons always got great food. This one in Highlandtown was the first time I ordered there. Thought we'd try them. Ordered large Hawaiian pizza. There was no Ham at all. Little bits of pineapple. It was so blah. Like they didnt even try to make a good pizza. $19 blah pizza. Nah not worth it.

Ordered a steak bowl. Took 3 bites and found a long piece of hair. Called the store and informed them of the hair in food. Asked them to send out a fresh item and they wanted me to pay for it. Refused to refund or make the item right.

I respect people too much to exaggerate my opinions, so I proudly like to say that with parking on site and located in a nice area, not only is the staff at seasons pizza politely proficient and quick to take your order, but the real appreciation is whether your dining in or to go, it's the overall taste of whether it's pizza, pasta, subs,burgers or anything else on the menu, is simply put,,,Delicious / Delicioso ,,,ESPECIALLY, when your hungry...Gracia's,,,Seasons for good service and food

Ordered online. Delivery address was a distinct and prominent business clearly visible from the road with large signage and just a matter of probably 3 blocks from restaurant. Delivery address was typed in correctly, 5100 Eastern Ave. along WITH BUSINESS NAME. Time goes by and I finally get a call from the driver saying that he is outside. Nope. He is at the wrong address. I explain the physical appearance of the building. 10 minutes go by. Another call. Nope, wrong address. I explain the physical appearance of the building to him again. I call the store and explain the situation. What should have literally been a 3 minute delivery drive time has taken 20 minutes. The driver finally shows up, no mask. Shows me the receipt with my name, but no business name and the address on his receipt is 5100 Eastbourne Ave. NOT EVEN CLOSE. No compensation from the restaurant for a 20 minute late, warm and soggy sub. Little voice told me not to order from there. I should have listened.

So I couldn’t order my wings online because they are now selling “jumbo” wings. The manager tried to explain but the only thing that’s jumbo is the price! I’m calling BS Eastern Ave.

I have been to Seasons Pizza several times now which in itself lets you know that I have some positive things to say. First off I like the clean modern look of the building from the outside. The interior has a warm feel with wood tones and autumn colors. They have 3 aisles of seating and the place is never packed as they do deliver so most people use that option. When I go back I'll get pics. But they are missing out on the attention paid to plating and serving. For instance I ordered the turkey club and it came neatly cut into triangles pinned perfectly together with toothpicks. And it was delicious! The vegetarian white pizza is so good I have to give it a special shout out. The menu is full of vegetarian options, and the company stresses its use of fresh, unprocessed ingredients. You can taste the difference. Prices are reasonable. The only inconsistency has been the service at the register, but it has never been bad. They get and deserve a 5 star rating.

Had a nice little lunch date with my babe. It has nice decor didn't and we didn't wait long to order. The food was fresh and they give nice portions.

My family has been ordering from Seasons Pizza from day one since they opened up on Eastern Ave. My husband loves there thin crust pizza better than anyone else around. But we will NEVER give our business to them ever again do to the ignorant young girl that usually answers the phone. She has the biggest attitude of anyone that works for the public. She not only won't listen to you long enough to place your order she hangs up on you several times ,because she doesn't like the sound of your voice. And when you call back to speak to a manager she refuses to put the manager on the phone saying shes the only one their, I will never from this day Forward ever give them my business again .Wose customer service ever....

Pizza is delicious! You can get a 2 topping pan pizza for $4.99! You can't find a pizza this good at this price anywhere!

Are my 5 onion rings for $6 flavortown? I need a second job to get full here
