Just picked up a rug that I had dropped off for repair and cleaning. Granted, not a heirloom, but did have sentimental value to me. I got it home and unbundled it and was so disappointed in the repair. For $250 I expected the repair to be more than just tacking on the torn piece-I expected it to be bound smoothly and evenly. I understood the color might not match, but seriously did not expect this poor of a job. I also had the fringe trimmed…will be completing that job also. $750 for repair and cleaning and just very disappointed.

Nilipour did a wonderful job of cleaning and mending my most "well-loved" rug, which I have now retired from the floor so that it can be displayed on the wall behind my bed! I returned a couple of months later and took advantage of a sale to procure two beautiful pieces that I love! Soraya Nilipour is especially good at suggesting pieces based on the size of the area and can go off of photographs of your existing items to find a wonderful match for your decor and budget. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the whole family during my most recent visit, and could not have had a better experience anywhere else!
