Arhaus

Wonderful help in the store however if you want furniture in a quicker time frame do not buy Arhaus. I ordered a couch in October and still no couch. It has been over 4 months and deliver won’t happen for at least 5 months. No updating on order. No available contacts to schedule delivery. I will never order from Arhaus again.

I am SO excited that Arhaus is open! No more ordering furniture while in Cincinnati required! We have 15 year old black leather club chairs that are still just as firm as the day we bought them. Last summer, we bought a sectional in Ohio, since we couldn't find anything nearly as well made in Alabama.

I ordered furniture in October of 2020. I still have not received and they are telling me it is still not ready. 5 months is not an acceptable delivery time when you have spent $10,000 on furniture. I will not buy from Arhaus again.

Some of the finest quality furniture I have seen at a price which is fair. Professional people able to give answers to all your questions. There was never an " I don't know" or "let me check" moment. They ALL knew their stuff.

Received Rio table 3 - 4 weeks later than I was told for delivery. But, Rio table is beautiful and it is a great find ! Arahaus has beautiful furniture.

Nice variety of quality furniture. Karen worked with us to find a great piece for our bedroom and the manger help me load so it could be taken home. Really good experience. We will be back.
