Awesome furniture and lighting. It’s a little pricey but great quality. The only downside to this location is that it is quite small with not much to see on display. There weren’t many employees available to offer assistance or answer questions. I highly recommend visiting the multi level Nashville location if you want a better experience.
RH has so many great pieces. The reason I gave RH 3 stars is because it's extremely over priced, average quality and mass produced.
Thank God for Rebekah!! I visited RH for the first time on 10/26 during my quick little birthday getaway. This was actually my first time EVER visiting an RH store. Rebekah greeted me enthusiastically. She was so nice and personable as she engaged with me and answered any and all questions that I had. I really enjoyed chatting with her. She was very cheerful, bubbly, and helpful. I really didn't sense the same vibe from the other few associates I saw standing around in the store. The guy who greeted me at the door was also warm ams and inviting. Thank you soooo much Rebekah for being so friendly and kind!!! Little did she know, I had just lost one of my closest friends to Covid-19 who was buried just that Saturday before. So, I was out and about trying to enjoy my birthday in spite of. This was my first visit to the Summit, and Rebekah was one the best experiences I had that day. She really need to spend time over at Saks and Seasons 52 training some of the sales associates and waiters on good customer service and how to demonstrate it. God bless you Rebekah!!
Our experience at this store has been maybe the best experience we have ever had. Rebecca Howsam is incredible. She is not only a pleasure to work with, she is friendly and helpful and always puts customer first. She has went out of her way to make sure we are happy and love our furniture - both inside furniture and outside. Thank you Rebecca.
If you could assign less than one star I certainly would. I just spent over 20 minutes in Restoration Hardware at the Summit waiting for someone to wait on me or even speak to me and obviously they do not need my business because they did not even acknowledge me although they looked over at me several times. There were three sales associates and at the very beginning they were each with someone but then one became available when her customer left and she immediately disappeared to the back of the store. Again keep in mind they all saw me and said nothing and when the sales rep finally came back out from wherever she went, another person walked into the store and she asked if she could help them. Wow! I wanted to purchase a king bedroom suite I saw in their catalog which would have been well over a $10k purchase but I guess they do not need my business. I’m taking it somewhere that someone will actually acknowledge you walked into their store.
