I literally called 21 times 5 minutes apart and never got an answer

Good size place but a little bit high entry price in my opinion and they never seem to have the slides open when I go.

Clean, family friendly, fun. Love that they have adult swim.

We went to Nitro pool with our 5 kids and live 5 hours away. We were there for 2 hours, paid $25 when a worker comes up and tells me they're closing with in the hour because they weren't busy. We planned on swimming for the whole day and expressed that to them. There were 4 or 5 people standing in the kitchen not doing anything, and 3 to 4 employees just sitting around. Instead of sending workers home they sent us away. We asked for a partial return of our money because of our in convince and they refused, only offering a rain check. The pool needed cleaned top and bottom, and the pool liner was coming apart. I won't return to this pool the next time my family is in visiting our other family members. The employees weren't rude but the pool was run down and didn't seem to be managed very well.
