Waves of Fun

This place is not like it was years ago. They have so many rules and regulations you feel like your treated like a child. They made all the people that was coming in when they were first opening up go outside from the cool lobby to stand out in the sun forever because it takes forever to get in because they treat it like the White House when you come in with checking you and your bags. Then when you get in the pool is super dirty. There was leaves, sticks and dirt every where. You are not allowed to bring any food or drinks in, not even water for your child. They tell you that you can’t set in the floats in the grass even though you have to pay to use them which doesn’t hurt anything. The manager or whoever he is in the blue polo shirt thinks he’s on top of the world and better then everyone and treats you like dirt and is very rude. Oh and you better make sure any float, floaties or life vest for your child is “coast guard approved” or they will tell you your child basically can’t swim or play in the pool. I won’t be coming back here because it’s nothing like the old wave pool before they re done everything. Don’t come here if you want to relax and have a good time because they will constantly hound you about something.

Like the renovations inside and out but there are way too many rules now. Not sure if its worth the money. Pool was quite dirty for the third day open. On a good note, the lifeguards are very professional and the concessions staff are very friendly.

Love this place!! We have so much fun here & the staff and lifeguards are really nice. They have a lot of life guards too! 5 stars.

We loved it. Was the last thing I got to do with my dad b4 cancer took him. We moved here last year and it was closed, we were devastated. So happy that its opening this year. My daughter would like to know how she can go about getting a job?

This place is expensive and definitely not worth the money. They have so many rules that you can’t even enjoy your trip. Not to mention now you have to have your bags searched before you can enter. You can’t wear floaties unless they are U.S. coast guard approved. You can’t bring any outside drinks, snacks or toys for your kids. For two extra dollars you could go to water ways where you can bring coolers, toys, they have slides, two baby pools, lazy river, etc. Even though I live 5 minutes from waves of fun I will never come back and I would rather drive the 45 minutes drive where you can actually enjoy yourself. This place gets zero stars but it you have to give it at least one star.
