Hands down best company! Erich was a pleasure to deal with. We interviewed many contractors and Niemann contractors by far was superior to the rest. We changed our mind with ideas of our basement and he was very accommodating to our needs. We were so pleased. A month later in the spring we had him build our composite deck! I will recommend them over and over again!

Erich of NJ Finished Basement completed our entire basement and made some customized changes and was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I love the way his talking to me, his presenting the way that I did not feel that his selling me up to something but all I can envision is the nice output he got a wonderful ideas. As remodel-newbies, we were a bit intimidated by the whole process,but Erich had great advice and was extremely patient.

Professional and courtesy. We hired Niemann Contracting to tear out our existing paved patio and install a new wood deck last month. He came on a Saturday to accommodate our busy work schedules. He had a proposal to us the very next day. We got many estimates, being that I wanted to find the best possible price. I am also very picky as to whom I decided to hire. We knew right away he was the man for the job! Call him, you wont be disappointed!

We have house in monroe township that we bought in january. First renovation we did was the deck. Erich came out and explained our options. We had an ugly patio that we wanted removed. They demo'ed the old patio and installed a new synthetic deck in its place. Although monroe zoning dept was tough to get approved, the job went great! Would Def. Recommend! They start work at my neighbors house next week pending zoning approval. Thanks again for all your help...

Don't bother to use this company. Erich will gladly take your money with a smile after he convinces you he is an honest and a stand up guy. Have a contract signed by Erich to finish my basement. A little over half way through my basement project he told me my 3rd payment way due before the sheet rocking could be started. I paid him and that was the last I've seen of him. Im am now in the process of suing him to recoup my losses. Do yourself a favor and check with Monmouth County Consumer Affair, speak with Jane Jennings, and Ocean County Consumer Affairs, speak to Paul Wneck. They will be glad to tell you all about NJ Custom Finish Basements/NJ Custom Finish Decks also known as Niemann General Contractor/Builder LLC. They all have the same HIC# 13VH03190900 Beware his company goes by many different names.
