We're very happy with our new deck! Mark, Nick, and the crew were all very pleasant to work with, very hard working, did the job well and in a timely manner, and kept the site neat. There were no charges above our quote, and Mark accommodated our change of plans from more expensive synthetic materials to pressure treated wood. We would hire Mark and his crew again.

This company has apparently changed its name to A+ Quality Decks. The owner Mark came by our place, discussed the options and within a few days provided a written estimate. He warned that they were busy and it would be three or four weeks before they could begin work. When they did begin, they worked consistently and were finished within four days. Mark warned that they may expose rot under the old deck but that it didn't look bad. In fact, after they exposed the hidden areas they found a little bit of rot which they quickly repaired at no additional cost. We are delighted with the result. They had a team of three or four people, very professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up when the deck was finished. I would definitely contract with these people again.

They were quick to come in for a quote (phoned, came next day) and a week later we have our vinyl installed and will be ready to start using our renovated deck. Absolutely love their communication skills, workmanship and joy in doing this job for us. Would recommend them anytime!

Bob was great to us in the beginning, but when it came down to the actual install he would not show up for the appointment and denied even having an appointment with us. It was al a waste of our time in the end. If I could I would not even give a 1 star rating.

Quality Decks is a company that I am extremely familiar with. The owner, Bob, is hands on and heavily involved in all aspects of the build from start to finish. He does estimates, planning and the work in a timely and efficient manner. The company employees are knowledgeable, well trained and conscientious. I would have no hesitations about using Bob on my own home or recommending him to anyone.
