I have this foxes problem.. They come n go into my closed back yard.. As I have kids I cudnt take any chance to shoo them away , so I called the animal shelter , they in turn directed me to contact nj wild life . When I called them first mentioning problem with 4 foxes the guy on phone made a report and gave me the report numbers long with a contact number of concerned person I kept calling this guy n number of times later he answered my call n said he was busy in trapping foxes, ( he says he trapped 60) n suggested me to spray ammonia to keep them away since he didn't want to come I sprayed ammonia like 10 times still these foxes linger here just in front of my front door they sit and poop all over the back yard and drive away , still kept spraying ammonia, later when I called them as it was off my control , the guy who I spoke last time said THEY DONT TRAP OR ADDRESS FOXES , He is the one who told me that he trapped 60 foxes in last call. He was very very rude and hung the phone telling to contact private company to trap the foxes. My question is why did they lie that they trap foxes and when asked again why dint they address my concern, if this department does address these kind of issues why did they create a report twice without helping me . We pay so much of taxes and in return when approached for help this is what we get.. Guys don't waste time in calling them they don't do anything
