Customer Service is so important. Please keep in mind, the customer doesn't understand your job. Compassion and understanding goes a long way. No matter how stupid you feel the question maybe or if you have to repeat the answer, you are their for the customer. This does not imply you should accept any form of disrespect. Please remember this. Your service is always appreciated.

The only dmv office I will go to! Even if I have to drive an hour to get there, its worth it. Hardly ever a wait time, no issues, and very helpful workers with pleasant attitudes!

I have to say, everyone that helped me through my experience this morning was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I got out of there in about 20 minutes and was overall very pleased. If you can get there early in the morning… that if your best bet. The lines are next to nothing. It’s like anything else- if you go in with a good attitude you’ll leave with a good attitude.

I am from out of state and needed info on my license to understand why it's suspended. I had to pay 15.00 for a report, which I could not see on line...to view what I already paid for was ANOTHER 15.00. Then when the document was received 7 days later there was absolutely no summary to advise me what the issue was. No cover letter stating steps you need to take to restore . So, I needed to call. BTW, there is NO TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR OUT OF STATE ISSUES, SO I CALLED N WAITED AN HOUR TO GET INFORMATION... 12 DAYS LATER.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MARYLAND SUSPENDED AS AN AGREEMENTIONED WITH NJ, THEY ADVISED ME OF THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HOURS, BY EMAIL. PROMPTLY, NO ISSUES, DETAILED , NO PROBLEM.
CAN ANYONE FROM NJ MVC PLEASE CALL MARYLAND TO FIND OUT HOW TO REALLY HELP and provide customer service.

Absolutely useless. The MVC website lists one - ONE - phone number for the entire state! And if you expect to speak to a human, expect to wait for at least 20 minutes on hold, because as the message says every time you call, "they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. You've got to be a moron to believe that. I can't wait to move out
of this state.
