That Rose Tea is amazing. It literally gives me a buzz and energy no cup of coffee can compete even though the Rose Tea has no caffeine. Ignore the 1 star review from the ignorant woman below. She’s making up complaints and writing it on the wrong location, she’s nuts. I will be back to try some unique flavors like the Durian Avocado one.

What happened to this location? It use to be so welcoming.. the last 3 times I have gone, the staff have been extremely rude. Today, the guy with orange hair rolled his eyes super annoyed, just because I asked for no ice on one of my drinks! They don't even try to hide their rudeness. They all look they are high on something. I might try out another location, but this will definitely be the last time I go to this location. Rather go to Boba King down the street tbh.
I use to come here 2 times a week but the last month has been ridiculous!! The last 4 times I make an order they have an excuse not being able to make it and have to refund my money which takes 3 days! How are you always out of boba? Today they said to wait 3 hours for boba! They need to hire better people! So much attitude for what?
I don't often leave negative reviews. But this place needs to get their act together . 3 out 4 times they don't have boba. Regardless of the time of day, whether it's 4pm weekday or 6pm Saturday . could be just my luck but i see other reviews with the same complaint. It's a BOBA shop and you don't have or make enough of your main ingredient. Wife and I love the boba drinks from here, but gotta be lucky to get the actual boba here. Previously I've settled for no boba. Today i just walked out.
Good boba but the young girl at cashier today was somewhat rude. It was my first time here and I did not know the difference between the different drinks and because I asked the difference she gave me a rude look and short answer. I wouldn’t come back here again. Bummer.
Boba Teas were okay. Customer service was awful. Heavy set chick at the register seemed like she hated everything. Did not want to talk to customers at all. Sighed and moaned when asked for a simple recommendation. I almost wanted to just walk out instead of ordering.
I always have a terrible experience. Not sure why I always come back. They either never have boba, have terrible customer service, or they always close early. Today I so happened to go to get some boba @ 7 and there was a sign on the door that said "lunch 7-8" . Mind you it's kinda pointless if they close at 9pm. All the other locations I've been to have nothing to compare to this location however, I feel it definitely is hurting your company's reputation.
For the second time, my friend was there at 8:39 and they refused service because "they were out boba" but obviously they sell more stuff they can sell more stuff. They said they were done for the day and She said is only 8:39 and they closed and 9.. and then he gave her an attitude so Emily with an attitude said "i guess we can sell you something else" More people starting coming inside and they were rolling their eyes and giving attitude. She told me about it because we had that experience last time. I don't think the owner wants to loose money just because they don't have some boba. __________________________________________ Went there around 8:50 and they were closed. The girls were mopping and cleaning getting ready to leave. And throughout the window they told us they were close... Bad!!! We decided to go to boba king and we got there at 8:55. Guess what ? They were super nice and took our order while they told their machine was broken !!.so they were going to take a little longer... But they were super fast!!.Wow!! That's great service unlike "no.1 boba ". Or not no.1 boba. Not a great first experience. You need to hire people that wants to work and care about your Business. I guess something is not right with management. $$$
