ordered 3x while i was there tippin $5 each time. i ordered a refresher with water..took 45 mins..then ordered 2 drink to go..got it at the same time as refresher...but they gave me 2 drinks other than what i ordered..i wanted to just leave..next time no tipping in the future at this place
Iced caramel macchiato is always made with too much milk, you can hardly taste the coffee. Other locations in the valley don't have this issue. This is the closest location to me so it's sad that the quality can't be better.
Besides the super long lines this is the only location that DOESN'T get my drink wrong so for that I'm giving them 5 stars!! They are super friendly as well which is a plus
