Noel is great. Been seeing him regularly for more than four years. Training with him has improved my mood ten fold and transformed my body. He's a bit unorthodox but always entertaining and one of the kindest people you'll meet. His gym is filled with characters from all walks of life and I have yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommended.
