Every time I come here, I’m always satisfied with the results. The last two women on the outer side of the right side aisle, closest to the pedicure chairs, are efficient and delicate. The guy in the top right corner as you enter is fast REALLY fast and also efficient. I’ve been coming here for close to 6 months and tried another nail salon in the area one time and regretted it, immediately. This is my place
Wanted to get my nails done at the few salons open on Sunday. Website/Google says 11AM. Door says 12PM so I waited. No one showed up after 20 minutes. A good few customers left to another salon
The new manager has absolutely no clue about nails and has awful customer service. 2 days ago I came here because the $50 manicure and nail dipping service I received 6 days prior had already chipped off. He made me pay another $40 to have them redone because he left my nails too long and I wanted them shorter. Now today after already calling and speaking to him stating I do not trust him to touch my nails and I want my money back. He wanted me to come back in today and I rush from my work to get here before they close for him to give me the run around claiming he can’t give money back even though I was very clear on the phone that i was not coming to have him touch my hands, he was giving me money back. Now I’m told he will call me Monday after he talks to the owner because he isn’t “allowed” to give refunds but he is the “manager”. Owners need to send their “manager” back to school so he doesn’t continue to ruin the integrity of natural nails in their salon. Lane did a great job my first time in around Mardi Gras. It lasted a long time even with the holographic stuff. I should have asked for her but they were busy when I walked in for a manicure and two sweet old ladies walked in behind looking for her and I’m pretty easy to please if you know how to do your trade. I didn’t want them to wait on my manicure so I got first available. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and barber and I am also a salon Manager. I try not to leave bad reviews online but if you are someone who is looking for customer satisfaction for what you pay for do not come here without knowing who is working and who has skills vs who has a license.
I'll Say ask for my CAKE his Name Sky!!! He provides outstanding Customer Service and Communication. He is gentle, kind, friendly and yes very welcoming and willing to please. CAKE has never offered or forced any extra services. He pays attention to your nail health as well, he will let you know when it's time for a break be Real for awhile ya Kno. I waited for an hour to get my nails done. The man that did My nails. They are very uneven one hand is bigger than the other and longer. And the design I wanted looks nothing like the picture so yea don’t let him do your nails but other than that the women in there are so nice and awesome at doing nailsService: Acrylic nails
Called to confirm closing hours and proceeded to make an appointment for my sister and I. We arrived a few minutes before and were taken right away. However the service was very rushed, they were rough, and comments made were very rude. My sister went in to get her eyebrows waxed and once the door was closed I was told while getting my manicure “good the door was closed so no more talking”. My sister and I were conversing and one of the nail techs kept asking “what” as though she assumed we were talking about her or made a negative comment she was also rolling her eyes while we were talking as though my sister and I talking was annoying her. The experience very uncomfortable. As I was preparing to pay in cash I had to get the money out of my purse while in the middle of getting dipped and was counting out the cash and was talked to by a mail tech as though I was trying to short change them. The amount of money I spent for my sister and I $160 for the service we received the customer service could have been much better. I would also suggest that appointments and services not be taken before close of business. A little kindness goes a long way. Update: the dip hardens almost like an acrylic on the nail. However, after a week mines popped off. I didn’t even bother about returning. Needles to say I won’t be returning to them for business.Services: Pedicure

I came into salon, picked out color and sat waiting for a pedicure and manicure. Three people came in after me and got manicures, while I still sat with feet in plain water waiting. No apology, no explanation. Just waiting. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Totally felt invisible and disrespected!!
