I always like what I find here. I always go to look for shoes for the family. They have quality brands for affordable prices.

The shoes I ordered online came back as women's. When I went to see if I could exchange them at the store it was not a problem, they just had no inventory to choose from what so ever. Stick to buying my shoes from a shoe store.

I love Nordstrom Rack and as I travel the country I always try and find one. Love this one in Birmingham, AL, have been here many times and always find some amazing deals, from clothes to shoes to Burberry lip gloss staff is always welcoming, professional and just plain nice

Return was no problem. Was able to find some decent deals. Overall, all good.

It was easy to return something I ordered online. The lines were long. I got a little nervous when I tried to do some additional shopping and a salesperson seem to have been watching me. I stop shopping and paid for what I had and left.

Very enjoyable shopping, great discounts. I had a question and was able to find a sales associate quickly.
