Weird confusing business going on here with appointments. Definitely DO NOT FORGET to make an appointment with them. We only have 10 pallets and they won't make an exception to unload us, which is ridiculous considering we only have 3 or 4 pallets over their non appointment limit. We're now stuck with their partial load over the weekend and maybe longer until they feel like taking it. Crazy!

Placed an order. Got a voice message that my account was inactive so would I please call with a credit card number. Called back , got a voice message, left a call back number. No return call. Called sales department. Was told another department would contact me after lunch to set up a new account or reactivate mine. No call received. Would never buy from them again.

They're "by appointment" unless you've got 7 (I think) or fewer skids. Then they give you a door right away and unload you. HOWEVER, they do that by taking away the guys who are unloading the people with appointments. So your unload time may vary if you've got an appointment.
They only use 3 doors for appointment trucks, plus one for guys who lump themselves. They set appointments for 615, 815, and 1000 (usually) with three trucks per time. They only have 3-4 guys unloading at a time and they focus one truck, 2 per truck. So they'll finish one with two guys while the other one or two work on the second, leaving the third truck sitting there. They ALWAYS get behind schedule because of this, and you will want to get there before the other two trucks who have the same appointment as you. The later your appointment, the longer you'll be there.
They take 15 minute breaks at 800, 1000, and 1200. The dude sitting at the desk doesn't know a whole lot about what's going on even though he checks you in... usually he'll tell you to wait for one of the unloders to come to you, even if they're on break. I suggest getting there at least 20 minutes before your appointment to ensure you grab a door before they go on break.
It makes no sense, and the guys scheduling these loads don't care about the drivers (I've talked to them).
My usual unload time is 3-4 hours. I've been out in an hour once or twice, but I've been there 5-6 hours a lot. The place is poorly run.
Overnight parking is ok, but be aware they may close the gate at night. If they do that there will only be room for a few trucks. It's usually not closed during the week, but it will be Monday morning.
UPDATE: Since leaving this review their unload times have dropped by 30-60 minutes. I don’t know if there’s a specific reason for this or if I’ve just been getting lucky, but I hope they keep it up. Also, they’ve added a computer login thing and buzzer’s to let you know when they’re done unloading you. Make sure they give you the buzzer after assigning a door if they forget. You’ll have to log out of the computer when they’re done unloading you.
