Love working here! Grant is an amazing manager and he makes it clear that as a manager, his top priority is making sure his people are successful. Love the family environment of the team and the product is incredible!

I've worked with Vector full time for a few months now. I love this company; I love my job. The people here are amazing; the drive is incredible, and I love coming to work every day. I have never grown more as a person than in the time period I've worked here. Sales isn't easy -- but if you work hard at it, you'll definitely succeed. My manager, specifically, made sure I succeeded at selling. Cutco itself is an amazing product, so I never feel guilty about the price of it. It actually DOES last forever, guys. So, I don't know where these negative perspectives come from, but I can assure you my experience has been extremely positive with Vector!!! Don't let anyone tell you differently. :)

Working here has been amazing for me. The job is great and has given me a lot of experience that I wouldn't have otherwise gotten. On top of that, the management staff is phenomenal and they make work feel more fun than anything else.
