I have found my forever home for all my service needs! They are great people and extremely trustworthy. I’ve been to a lot of shops here in the valley and thankful that I’ve found a place to keep coming back to. Prices are great too! I got a full synthetic oil change for just $49 on my Yukon with 8 liters and Jiffy Lube charged me $120 for the exact same thing. They also did such a great job explaining everything that was going on with my vehicle.

I have a Ford truck with 300,000 + miles on it. It started running ruff and then began misfiring. I research it did spark plugs, wires, coil, all the common things. But it did not stop. I had taken my friends Buick in for an oil change to North mountain auto and really had a good experience,staff very friendly and helpful. I called and scheduled an engine diagnostic to be done on my truck. The codes showed the problem but many different possible things it could be. They wanted me to leave the truck with them they needed to dig deeper. Long story short, after many hours they found the problem. They still only charged me for the diagnostic test, and not the extra Hours nor cost of gaskets it took to locate the cause.everyone was so friendly and answered any questions i had even if it pertained to other things on the truck. They showed me what they found what might have caused it and gave me an estimate on the repairs and the other issues they recommend. Then an estimate on what I need to get the truck back on the road safely. I have and will recommend them to everyone. Their prices are so reasonable, staff so friendly and Mechanic's know what they're doing. It's hard to find a shop you can trust. Thank you North Mountain Auto.

I just went in for a oil change, and I believe they have the best price which was just over $45 after tax for a full synthetic oil change, but they also did their own little inspection of my car and informed me that one of my air filters needed to be changed they showed me the filter and they weren't joking, that thing was filthy and that my rear brakes also needed changing. They're not pushy about anything else they find in their inspection and getting it done in their shop, it's more like they are letting you know what's wrong or about to go wrong with your vehicle cuz they want you to be safe while you're driving. This shop is great and I have already recommended it to family and friends, and I will definitely be a returning customer.Service: Oil change

Thought I needed a cv axle replacement but was told there was nothing wrong with it. They did a courtesy safety inspection and gave me a list of repairs that needed to be done and told me which ones could wait and which ones needed to be done immediately. I was not pressured into any repairs and was extremely happy the price of the two things that needed replacing immediately. They were awesome at getting me in and out quickly while my dad was in the hospital. Excellent repair shop!! Will return for more of the issues to get fixed!!Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I’ll definitely be back for more services. I came in because of a mailer advertisement for an oil change and they replaced some brake lights and checked my squeaky brakes for me. Told me the brakes looked fine and they could be squeaking from dirt. They are real honest and fast! I can’t deal with my truck sounding like it’s screaming for help so I’ll be back!Services: Brakes

They were fast, friendly and affordable! In my opinion the 3 most important things. They are also close to home. They let me know the next couple things that will need to be done to my vehicle and attached quotes to my receipt. I liked that. They are most def my new go to mechanic.Service: Oil change

Outstanding service. Actually answered phone immediately and then followed up with price quote and scheduling options. Very responsive, accommodating and professional. Stood by original price quote. When service was completed, I met with service "Techs" who reviewed other possible issues and thoroughly explained why some needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. My battery seemed weak. I went to one of those Automotive Stores for a battery check. Their diagnostic report said my alternator failed. Because I've had my car serviced at North Mountain before I wanted to confirm and have the alternator replaced by them. Noah did the diagnostic testing and my alternator was running perfectly. Since I needed my oil changed they were able to fit me in. They treated me very well and with respect. I appreciate their service and will continue my automotive relationship with them; LOL, as long as this service level continues ;Service: Oil change

Continuation of my 5 star review of North Mountain Auto. As I said, the estimate was received with a picture and explanation of their findings and if it should be considered critical at this time.
