Good, honest people. I've been coming to Shadow Mountain Auto for a few years now. I've never been disappointed. Graham is very intentional about communicating proactively and keeping customers informed on the status of their vehicle and the costs associated. The mechanics are all awesome and will take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and show you as well. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I went here for a second opinion on an issue that I was told by another mechanic that I need to rebuild the front end of my motor at the tune of $5-6k. The team at Shadow Mountain Auto Service did their inspection and came up with a completely different answer one that actually made sense and was a fraction of the cost. All of our business for our vehicles is now being done at Shadow Mountain! Thank you for being so skilled, honest, and all around awesome. WOW! These guys are the REAL DEAL. My husband andI are in Phoenix while he recovers from a transplant. Our air conditioning  despite having been replaced  one year  ago went out due to a faulty part. SHADOW MOUNTAIN was there the for the entire process. Diagnosis, warranty, replacement of parts, etc. COMPLETE PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY. Fabulous place to get your car fixed. Graham & Adam go out of their way to ensure that you get back on the road ASAP. If a part fails and needs to be replaced there are no hoops to jump through they just take care of it. These guys are great. Cindy knows how to attract and keep great team members!

I was leaking oil… which happened following an oil change at a local dealership. I brought my Chevy Volt in to get it looked at fearing the worst. **They told me the oil filter wasn’t tightened by the last person… AND DIDN’T or should I say WOULDN’T : charge me. I have officially found my mechanics for the rest of my life. It’s nice once in a while to be blown away by customer service!!!Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Great communication and work.  They were able to handle a few important items on my son's new to him car at a reasonable price.  I trust that they won't steer me wrong.

I love Shadow Mountain Auto. I've been using them for years. They are so trustworthy, informative, and always answer the 100 questions I ask with a gracious attitude. It's so difficult to find an auto shop with this level of integrity and genuine care for their customers. I'm extra grateful because as a single woman, this has not always been my experience elsewhere. I don't often review or recommend services, but I would give these guys 100 stars if I could!
