Absolutely what a hardware store should be. Extremely knowledgeable help, the greatest variety of products is very very reasonable prices. You should make this your first stop for any hardware needs. Going there first will save you time money and headaches. They will give sound advice on any job and provide you with the right tools to complete it.
Reiman's store is a good example of what a neighborhood hardware should be. The staff is always helpfull and knowledgeable and the shelves are stocked with the items you go to a hardware store to purchase. From "S-hooks to paint or steel rods, you'll find it at Reiman's.
Excellent old time Mom and Pop type hardware store! Please go here to stick it to the chains which don't give you the personal service you get here at Reidmans. I cannot recommended highly enough!
The best way to describe this hardware store if they don't have it you don't need it
I do not recommend this place, today I went to the cashier, he overcharged me and I was short 10 dollars of change, please check your change before leaving the store
I love going to Reimans. They have everything you need and more. Best store for odds and ends that you can’t find anywhere else. The staff is polite and friendly.
One of the last standing old time hardware stores that stocks parts that cannot be found in the big box places that all look the same. People there are very helpful and guide you in making the best choices. The occasional 80s music in the background adds to the nostalgia. On occasion, you can stumble on unique items like a metal sunflower shaped bird feeders that you can't even get on Amazon. So, if you have a project but unsure of the parts of even the tools needed, it's worth the time to stop here first.
Hate editing my 5 star review, but the woman who I believe is the manager has been rude the last few times I went. Does a disservice to her stellar staff and the business' excellent reputation. Three generations of my family have gone here, but good will built up can be erased much more quickly. "Have been going here for decades. Its usually just moments before a staff member offers you help. Good selection, fair prices. I always come here and support a local family business before I head to the big box store. No better place to buy a random hard to match screw."
Been coming here a long time, 9 years. They used to actually help you find stuff and even guide you in the right direction. Last several times all I get is attitude after attitude. There's about 2 people left there that actually help. If I wanted zero help and to get treated like sh!t, I'd go to home depot. See how much longer they stay around at this rate.
these guys are a genuine old-fashioned local hardware store, even though they now carry a more corporate logo alongside their own. got a question? they will help. try to describe the problem you're tackling and everyone in the store will pitch in to try to solve it. the shelves are well stocked with everything you can think of, and it's always a pleasure to visit.
