I pass through a lot of Home Depot's. I actually try to make a habit of visiting a newto me store at least once a month. Well, I was in Staten Island this morning and decided to visit this particular Home Depot. It's a clean and well kept store, but it's probably the world's smallest Home Depot. I was genuinely surprised by how small the store really is. The smaller the store, the less likely they are able to stock all the parts that, say a larger store would be able to. All in all, it's a good store and I recommend giving it a visit
The parking lot is full of illegals, undocumented, migrants…take your pick. It has gotten out of hand. They now harass you when you walk in asking for a handout. And when you walk out. It’s private property . Why management allows this is beyond me. It is not a pleasant shopping experience. Not even safe anymore. I avoid this store now . I do not recommend
Went here to grab some stuff real quick and Rahsheed in paint was awesome! He approached me with a smile and knew where everything was not even paint related and he was so funny! Pedro at customer service, and Nick the manager were also amazing! Definitely my go to Home Depot. No attitudes here.
It is a jungle of a hit and miss for product availability. Sometimes it is very hard to track staff for help. Not a horrible place, but product availability should be better if already stated that is available in the stock.
Homedepot on targee used to be my go to but unfortunately not any more. The store itself is fine, it’s a typical big name hardware store. But the issue I have is the amount of migrants in the parking lot and at the entrances and exits. It’s extremely unsafe and they are constantly harassing you for money. I unfortunately don’t feel safe there anymore.
As a plumber in general, over the years I've always used Home Depot, and it has always treated me good, they have great tools great selection great prices, you can't beat it,its my go to spot when I need....pretty much anything, highly recommended to anyone new...everyone else already knows
This place is a mess!!! The customer service in the isles is horrible nobody’s there answering any questions or helping you find stuff !!! THEY ACTUALLY WALK AWAY FROM YOU WHEN YOU ASK THEM A QUESTION THIS PLACE NEEDS A TOTAL RE-do it’s a run down hardware store the only reason I gotta go there is because I’m working so close to it . The prices are not anything special THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM ONE STAR IS BECAUSE the cash register employees are nice and fast had some good deals on tiles but this Home Depot is for roughing out a home not good for getting finish product.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! THE ONE ON FOREST AVE IS 100 times better!!!
No shopping carts!!! Went today and was told that the people around the Home Depot are stealing them! That’s nice, now we don’t have shopping carts.. Why are there so many squads of migrants just hounding customers on the parking lot? Will management do something about this?
When you need home improvement stuff, you go here. Nice people work here too. Always willing to assist and that is important
Handy store in neighborhood for a variety of home products. Helpful start. Short hours. Outdoor plant sale is on. Good selection of indoor plants including succulents.
