I contracted NTE to remove a swimming pool at my home. Derek was the last to bid. He knows his business, very knowledgeable. He has built pools and excavated them. He developed the quote while we sat on the patio with relative ease. His price was very favorable to the other bids. His straight forward manner and confidence sold me on his company. I even received a veteran's discount. The contracting process was electronic by email. Deposit, 1st draw at start, 2nd draw when finished. Derek is a young guy with a young company so I expected a lot of energy and NTE didn't disappoint. They showed up on time and put in a full day everyday. Everything was well orchestrated from start to finish. Took just under a week with a weekend in between. Sunday was a day off but I think the crew really deserved it. For me, it was a lot less stressful than I was expecting. I got to know a little about Derek and his team. He's a young family man with 2 young children. The crew are all friends from high school in Rowlett. Great experience. No more swimming pool. Thumbs up!!!!!!

Derek was very personable and professional getting very reasonable quotes and and excavating my old leaky fiberglass pool. He went above and beyond expectations when a subcontracted trucker broke the power lines to my house and helped throughout the process of repairs to help however he could until everything was back up and running. Definitely would refer to anyone else and use again.
