ORR Disposal & Demolition

I went on-line looking for a company to tear down and remove a storage shed. I was contacted by Orr the same day. They actually sent someone out the same day to assess the job and provided me with a quote. We accepted the quote and the job was completed the next day !!! I was treated with respect, given a very reasonable quote, and the job was done immediately. They did exactly what I asked. I would recommend them to anyone needing similar jobs done. Sandra Orr is the best !!!

I have used Orr Dumpster and Disposal for over 7 years now and they have provided excellent service. Their prices are well below most and have worked with some of our crazy scheduling. I work in the restoration business and time is of the essence in our field. Terrance and his team has gone above and beyond every time I have needed them to. Horrifying experience. ORR Trucking came to pick up the dumpster on a Saturday morning. This was at a non-occupied property being remodeled in an upscale neighborhood. The neighbors had to track me down as the owner because they were going nuts when they saw what happened next. The driver must have had a hangover, because he loaded dumpster onto the truck without securing the opening, then proceeded to let ALL of the debris dump out of the back while he drove off, getting the garbage all over the driveway and overflowing into the street. He took off and didn't pay any attention or come back. I called the office, which was closed, so I didn't get through to anyone. I have to pay for the labor and time to clean it up, another dumpster since this one was wasted, fines and citations from the city, etc., etc. The neighbors are distressed and the office won't open until Monday, and I've given this company many thousands of dollars since these dumpsters are expensive to rent! The city could ask me to stop the project, costing me over $1 million. The driver should be fired first of all, and this company will never receive my business, nor the business of any of my colleagues. There may be worse consequences.

What an impressive experience here! I was able to schedule a job with short notice and received top notch customer service throughout the process. One of the owners even reached out after to ensure we were satisfied with their work, and we definitely were! Referring Orr disposal to anyone in need!

ORR was such a great help for a last minute construction emergency we had. They were able to bring us out a dumpster same day and didn't over charge. We have already decided to use them for our next upcoming project! Definitely referring them to our fellow associates!
