The NNI staff is great very very helpful to residents that actually have nowhere to turn 2 years ago we had a water line break on our side of the meter and had huge water bills the city said the could not investigate it was on our time and money to find it again this year our sewer line failed this time on the city's side the city was dragging there feet on fixing it i called NNI staff they helped us to get the city out here to fix it so we can get started on the repairs to our basement after the backup NNI really is a great help and a great asset to the Northland homeowners.

they are a corporation trying to be a government, imho. Do not rock the boat or complain .or get on anyones bad side there. This does not appear to be a people oriented corporation rather a real estate business oriented corporation, masquerading as a community help source. This corporation carrys way to much influence with the city Government Imho. (Beware of the Rice.)
