Longtime car service with clean, comfortable cars and professional drivers. Drivers knows the streets without having to use GPS -- old school! Northside charges fair prices, a bit more than some others but high reliability and the nice ride makes it worth it.

Scheduled a pick up for 5 am, had reservations, confirmed over the phone. Car never showed. Would not use again.

The most horrible and disrespectful experience ever …. Tonight I was tormented for the fair before I got anywhere close to my destination the driver was very rude and bias … he judged me based on my skin color just assuming I won’t pay the fair … I will be outside your cab company tell Everyone of my experience when I return to work in the area

The car always arrives on time, I only use their service when I go to the airport or when I need a solid reliabilityaka always. Drivers are always polite and with good manner, cars are comfortable, and the fixed price no matter what the traffic is unbeatable. Tip - ask for the fare before you book the trip, and ask for both cash price and credit card price. If you want to pay credit card, tell them you will be paying with the card. This way the fare will be consistent. Tip 2 - If the car is not arriving on time like 5 min pass then CALL the service immediately and ask them what’s going on. Onetime they had to send a new car but it was just another 5 min. Tip 3 - to avoid getting onto A random car who’s pretending a Uber driver, looking for a victim, always check the sticker with ‘Northside’ logo, which usually on the window. Or ask the driver which service they are coming from. Don’t say ‘Northside/Uber?’ first from your side, because anyone can say ‘yes’. I wish Northside provide you the drivers name so I can ask them. I had an incident in London where I was waiting for an Uber at night, a random car pulled and I asked if he is from Uber, he nodded, nearly got in but my husband stopped me that the plate number was different. Scary.

Our go-to car service - polite and always on time!

In this age of rideshare apps, I uncharacteristically decided to book a car with Northside to get me, my husband, our baby and toddler plus car seats, several suitcases and portacot to the airport early. I figured, it's Thanksgiving, we're going abroad for five weeks, we have a mountain of luggage, why not make sure that we have a car available. The driver Aracelys was right on time and was super kind and friendly. Everything was going so smoothly. We arrived at the check in counter, my husband reached for the bag with all the passports... And it wasn't there. We frantically searched and it wasn't anywhere. We called Northside, the dispatcher answered right away and got in touch with the driver. She looked for it immediately, but couldn't find it either. We started panicking... We called our friends who live in our building, who checked our apartment and the bag was on. our. bench. Panic ensues. Once we realized it was at home we called the driver who promptly turned around, came back to the airport, and drove my husband home, where he collected the bag from our friend on the street. He got back to the airport where I was waiting with both kids and our mountain of luggage. We would have totally missed our flight had it not been for the fact that the roads were empty for Thanksgiving. Feeling VERY thankful this Thanksgiving for the amazing service from Northside!

Shocking service. I pre-booked two SUVs 12 hours before I needed them and neither car arrived causing my clients to be massively late for work. When the office eventually opened they had no idea of the booking. Great work Northside! If you work in production do not risk using these people. They are super unprofessional. Stick with elite!
