New scam that's out now! Carry exact change because the taxi driver will strategically park to. block traffic and rush you out saying he doesn't have change for a 20 when your bill came to 14.00 and refuses to give you a receipt because he claims it's not working!!!...this has happened 3 times in the last two days!!
They suck. Rude.
Ordered a cab to get home after working all day Thanksgiving 11-28-19. I decided to call the dispatcher via the number provided in the invoice email to see how far away my car was...only to be told they don't serve the Bronx. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!
I have clearly watched too many films as the reality of a yellow cab couldn’t be further from the portrayal in movies... in the last 4 days I’ve been ripped off meter not working, cabs are filthy, drivers are rude and cars’ roadworthiness questionable... and don’t even start me on driving ability. Appalling - never again.
My husband and I visited New York for our anniversary! We enjoyed everything about that wonderful city including the cab drivers. They were nice, respectful, and helpful!!! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!!!! I am a fan of the yellow taxi !
