Bushwick Car Service

They arrived to pick me up in a timely manner and got me to my destination in no time at all. I will definitely be using this car service again, I called another service prior to this and they didn't answer smh. Btw the rate for the distance was really good, all in all a great car service.

I called for a car at 7:18 in the morning all for a driver to arrive at 7:50 just to leave me. Every time I called to ask for an update they would either hang up on me, leave me on hold for a very long time or tell me a false amount of minutes until arrival. When I call to make a complaint I now get no response! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!

Scam artist driver took advantage of the fact that I was on the phone with a friend and presumably distracted and deliberately sped off in the wrong direction, I told him he was going the wrong way twice and only when I stopped talking on the phone and ordered him to turn around did he reverse course and drop me off in front of my apartment and try to charge me $20 for what ought to have been a $7 or $8 cab ride. I laughed and told him he was very funny

I called for a car to take me to.a rehearsal in Laurelton, Queens. I was told ten minutes. I let the dispatcher know I was paying by Credit Card. I was told they would find someone. I got no call back, and no car arrived, so I was not able to make my rehearsal.

Simply do not use. Made a reservation on a Tuesday for an early Thursday car. Everything confirmed. Thursday comes, no car. I call, and the guy who answers is rude, tells me there is no reservation, and that you have to make reservations 1 day in advance not 2?. I tell him the exact time I called on Tuesday and spoke to a woman and gave all details. He says, “okay and youre telling me this because?” Literally unbelievable. Clearly not any company that takes itself seriously or plans to improve.

I should give no stars they are not even worthy of 1 , hands down the worst cab service in the whole NEW YORK , simply racist and unreliable , I cannot stress it enough the disrespect I received from them on multiple occasions . Do not even waste your time with this cab service !

Tried to get a car and waited for 30 minutes. They just never showed up or called back. Terrible service. Do not book ever.

Good if you need to get to the airport early in the morning and you live nearby. Paid $35 in cash to get to JFK from my place, which is WAY better than the apps. They took the best route and were prompt. Can't speak to any other situations, as the other reviews will do that for you.

Had no problem making an reservation for pick up the nite b4 i left for my trip.But when coming back I called to make a reservation for the following morning for the trip back the person on the phone which was a guy told me the reservation had to be placed an hour b4 I needed the reservation. How can I make a reservation an hour b4 when I will be on the plane. I didn't need to do that the first time I placed the reservation. What is going on on
