Tristan's Limousine Service

Absolutely horrible. I contacted Tristan about a rolls route shown on their website for my son's Prom at 6:00 p.m. on 6/12/19. I was told it was available. I made a full payment for $700.00. I was told I would receive a phone call a day prior to the event to confirm all the details, no call. I call the day of the event only to be told the rolls Royce's broke down last night, the lady says she's not sure if it will be ready in time. I may have to take another vehicle instead. She tells me she will call me back later. Minutes to 5:00, no call. I call again only to be told again I may have to receive a substitution, I calmly Express my displeasure because my son was looking forward to it. She starts to yell and ask me want I want her to do? The lady says she cant send it because she doesn't want it to break down. 6:00 no call, no car. I call back again only to hear she sent the rolls Royce and it broke down, the driver is on his way back and will be here in 20 minutes. I call back again only to hear he is just leaving. My son is ready his date is ready and still no call or no call. When I call her back again more attitude and more yelling. She asks if I want to cancel I tell her yes and issue me a refund which I still haven't received. Minutes to 8, the driver shows up. The one star they receive is due to this man's decency. If you dont have the decency or professionalism to contact your client once.... you shouldn't be doing business. Not once did I get a phone call. Not once to say: it might be an issue, do you want another option, the driver is running late, nothing. My son was disappointed and so am I. This was a horrible experience, your attitude was atrocious and I think you are just a miserable service. STAY AWAY.

My sister used this limo service on August 28th, 2016, her wedding day. I will NEVER forget this day because of the HORRIBLE service we encountered. Firstly, the limos were late to pick up the bridal party. Secondly, the limos were unkept and lacked any AC in 90 degree weather. Also, the limo made us late for the wedding AND the reception because one limo broke down and they had to switch vehicles on the way to the reception. Finally, after the reception on our way home, the limo behind us which contained my immediate family members and some who traveled from abroad, caught on fire. Luckily we were on the block of my house and no one was hurt. This company has yet to apologize or even compensate my sister for a horrible ending to her wedding day. I would not recommend this sorry excuse for a limo service to ANYONE! However, I can say that the one limo driver that drove the Rolls Royce was very accommodating.
