I haven’t read the reviews before calling this service. I called to ask about the shuttle service from EWR to JFK as soon as I got from the plane. The lady said the driver will come in one hour, this time was enough to get the luggage, to have snack and go to bathroom. Very nice and polite gentleman came and took us to the mini bus, all together 4 passengers we all arrived to JFK without interruption in one and a half hour for $44 dollars each. I am happy with the service, will call them again on my way back
I used it today from Newark airport to JFK. I booked a week ago and they charged my credit card for 52 $. My appointment was at 1:00 pm at the welcome center of arrival A. I was there 15 min before the appointment. I called their number which is 14 and they answered and confirmed the appointment and asked me to wait. At 1:00 pm exactly the driver came and great name and asked me to go down with him. I found a modern comfort van. He helped me to put my bags in the trunk. He drove very well to JFK and we arrived exactly in 70 minutes to the international terminal. There were 3 other passengers with me. Everything was excellent…… reading the reports made me too worry and nervous ! Simply : it was an excellent experience
There was no schedule information on their website, so we thought they'd plan our pick up around customer's flights. They didn't respond to our email prior to the trip to confirm this. Our flight arrival was delayed and there was no communications at all from the company, and no one waiting for us. No signs at all in arrivals at Newark. I called the guest phone twice and talked to someone. The next shuttle wasn't for another hour and a half, which meant we'd miss out next flight, so we cancelled and got an Uber instead. They did give us a 50% refund. Never again.
ETS gave me the best price on shuttle service between LGA and EWR. However they seem to have no sense of time or ability to navigate the complex traffic situation in NY. When I landed I was told I will have a shuttle in 30 minutes. In reality it took over an hour and a half. They said something about traffic and offered me a refund after waiting an hour. Don't rely on them if your trip is time sensitive. Good if you are looking to take a slow ride in an old van.
Do not use this service. I bought a ticket to go from Newark to JFK and scheduled it for 4 hours before I needed to be at airport. I called about 30 mins before my shuttle was to arrive and was told it would be delayed an hour. I called back an hour later and was told the shuttle would be another hour late which would not get me to airport in time. The woman I spoke with was just incompetent and not someone anyone should ever have to deal with. Using Lyft was $50 more and well worth the extra money. Don’t be cheap because you will regret it.
On a recent family vacation to India we flew out of EWR and back to JFK. We had a parked car at EWR and used ETS Airport Shuttle to get us from JFK to our car. There were 6 of us with 10+ bags so we had a shuttle van. We paid $250 for our trip which was the cheapest I could find for our group size. Our driver Sean was ready almost immediately after we cleared customs. He handled all of our bags, held great conversations, and was a great driver. I recommend this service for anyone!
I was waiting in the correct space but the driver never came by and shouted my name, so I missed the shuttle and had to take a cab for almost double the price. Driver reported me as a "no show" and claimed to pick up four other passengers. I wasn't listening to music or even on my phone, I was literally standing with my backpack on, ready to go, reading the names of busses going by. Nobody came in and shouted 5 names, where 4 people left except me.
This was a budget friendly way to travel between jfk and newark. It was 50 dollars compared To Uber which was 160 dollars. I had 5 hours between the time I needed to get to newark and the time I was ready to leave jfk. I made a 3 pm appointment. The office called me at 2:50 to see if I was in schedule, they also answered when I called a bit later to see what the driver's status was. They were courteous each time. Waited about 30 minutes for them to get me. The driver came in, greeted me, grabbed my bag and hustled back to the van where 3 others were waiting. I was terminal 8 so I thought we'd be on our way but he headed back to get 4 additional passengers. We left jfk around 3:45 and arrived at newark a little after 5. If you have 3 hours to comfortably make this work I recommend it. If you are working under tighter conditions I would reconsider. I do like the ride share concept as it is more eco friendly. I considered the metro also but with luggage it seemed a little daunting and would have taken the same amount of time.
This service is a complete JOKE. I reserved online and listed my arrival time for 5:30A, paid and they sent a confirmation email. When I landed at JFK I immediately called spoke to a gentleman that asked if I had all my bags and to go out to the area where it says welcome center and I will dispatch someone in 15 minutes. I waited an hour and called back only to get a woman that said we don't operate that early and I'm showing you to be picked up at 1pm. I ended up having to catch an Uber because I was about to miss my connecting flight at EWR. Don't waste your money or time
Called them after landing at LGA, shuttle arrived in 10 mins, paid cash. Quick and reasonable shuttle service between LGA and JFK. The driver was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this service .
