440 Car Service

Usually don’t make complaints because I’m very understanding. I ordered a cab before my shift was over because they say “7” min but always mean 20 . I called at 6:48 and the dispatcher said 7 min . It’s now 7:46 . I called back a total of 4 times each time over a 10 min wait on hold I think they do this to give the car time to arrive before they come back and have a goofy excuse. The part that makes me upset is why lie and inconvenience a person who’s patronizing your business for what ? I honestly rather go back to Uber because an hour for a “7min” cab wait is too wild and for people who not honest . Rather spend more with honest people .

If you EVER need a ride from Brooklyn to JFK this business is a MUST USE! Best service and best prices. Safe ride! Have cash on hand...best way to pay because it saves you and them money. Awesome! Thank you!

I usually use this cab service with no issues. Today this one guy my own ppl black of course had to give me a hard time because I didn’t have cash immediately on hand. If I were of white decent. It wouldn’t have been a problem. I hope his tires pop and he lose his privilege to drive. Killed my mood today

Don’t use this car service. They are not dependable and left me stranded with two heavy bags outside of JFK!!! I had booked two days in advance and was in contact with my driver and he still left.

‼‼‼‼‼MANAGEMENT ‼‼‼‼‼The dispatchers that work here are very Unprofessional & Rude! Some time in May the female dispatcher gave me an attitude about the price. I always order a cab and it’s always the same destination, I pay $20 every time. I called and she said $28, I asked her if they’ve changed their prices because I always order a cab from here and always pay $20. She said no it’s always been $28 I said no I’ve been calling all year and it’s always $20 so she goes I’ve worked her for years the prices haven’t changed and hung up. Since then I’ve been using the app. Never had a problem. Today I reserved a car at 3pm for 4:20pm and it’s 4:45pm no cab so I called the base. A male dispatcher picked up and I told him I’ve been waiting for so long usually they don’t take this long I just wanted to make sure there was a cab coming. He said no you cancelled. I never cancelled and I told him that. He said I no cancelled you cancelled while you were waiting you cancelled. I said okay whatever I’m not going to argue can you just send me a cab? He said no, order on the app. I told him well I’m already on the phone with you why can’t you send me a cab? And he said no I can’t and hung up. How are these people working here? After the woman was rude I stuck with the app because I’ve been using the car service for years, the drivers are always so kind and their prices are obviously better then Uber or Lyft. Management do something about the people picking up the phone calls, hire new people. People who can handle any situation in a professional and kind way. Customer service is key, address this problem.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CAR SERVICE! Scheduled a car for lunchtime the day before Thanksgiving. Car never showed up............ 2 people, 2 bags, 2 luggages, and holiday food...... waiting for a no show!!!! Not the day to be unreliable!!!! Called the company when the pickup time passed and the guy on the phone mocked me, saying “you booked for 1:30, oh my God oh my God” - such disrespect Used this service a few times before and they were amazing - not sure what happened but they are horrible now. all in all just book somewhere else
