My husband and I have had nonstop communication problems with this office. I’m sure Dr. Gupta is a great doctor but for him to work at an establishment like this is tainting his name. We have had to call numerous times to get insurance and treatment to be granted over to another hospital. I’m not exaggerating when I say 2-3 calls everyday for 2 weeks because no one or manager EVER RETURN A CALL OR VOICEMAIL. We are in the process of switching to a different doctor/office since my husband is sick and cannot get proper care. We have went to pick up his medicine that is suppose to be automatically refilled at Walgreens. The Pharmacist there told us they have been reaching out to Dr. Gupta’s office for two weeks now without any returned calls. This office is a joke. I HIGHLY do not recommend this office. I have let numerous of my family, friends, and colleagues at my healthcare office beware of this place.

I've had great experiences; no problems with communication or wait times! In fact, they might be one of the best with communication and I've been able to get orders from Dr. Sonenshine via email so that I can shop a better price.

I was very upset about the fact that I wasn’t even able to get checked or had some blood work done because as soon as I said I had Covid in the past, automatically it’s like I said I had aids. I was very upset. The doctor didn’t want to touch me or even get near me, but if they didn’t want to treat me because of that I highly feel they should tell you and not waste your time. I feel very upset. I only got medication that was placed on the small exam bed because the doctor wouldn’t get near me. She seems like she has no respect or education. She also said she didn’t know when my period was going to return and saying I was going to be sick for months. I just wasted my time and I don’t recommend this place. I will find a new doctor who will help me find a solution. Thank you.

Called to get my results and the nurse tried to get me scheduled to remove my gal bladder. I refused and demanded to speak to my doc and get a second opinion. When I spoke to the Dr. she said surgery wasn't necessary...now if I didn't press this issue, I could be walking around without my gal bladder...they just want to "turn and burn" here with no real patient care. This is whats wrong with our healthcare system.

Nurse as a patient review: The wait time is horrible, I waited an hour over my appointment time to be seen for less than 10 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It’s terrible, I had a STAT meaning urgent and timely results needed CT scan on FRIDAY and here I am TUESDAY with no call back to let me know what the results are. I’ve called twice, Monday they said results were being reviewed and someone would call me back. No one called me back, today i left a voicemail explaining i am still in pain and nausea and want to know the results of the CT and still no call back. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible patient care! Even if there is nothing wrong with me GI wise, they have a responsibility to call me back in a TIMELY manner with STAT ct results to discuss. This is delaying care that I might need. Believe all of the bad reviews you read about this place! Stay far away

I have gone to this practice for many years. The communication is terrible you can never reach anybody to talk to about clinically. If you leave a message for the medical assistant you never hear back. The white time just schedule an appointment is usually 15 minutes which is ridiculous..

Asked to arrive early for first appointment only one in the waiting room waited 40 minutes then left not a good way to start a patient relationship should have read the reviews first my time is just as valuable

Terrible Service! Don’t go here! St. Joseph team is where I got my procedure done. It was terrible. No follow up, change of doctors and no one called. No help in post op after my procedure. They left items on my chest that I had to pull off. IV was uncomfortable! They’re not professional!

Appointment started 45 minutes after it was supposed to. No follow-up on prescription or scheduling. Office staff perpetually at lunch.
