Best library I've ever been to. I come here about 2-3 times a week just to print documents and make copies. Which is 100% free. They never charge for it. Even if you're printing 200 pages. The people who work there are always nice and very helpful. I love that they greet you every time you walk in or out the doors. It's quiet too. I great place to go if you need to study.
Excellent library! The fact that if they don't have a certain book, they will find it at another library and have it reserved for you, is great. A lot of libraries across the country do not have that option. It's nice how they show on the receipt how much money you save by reserving books, DVDs etc. I have saved close to $3000 this year by renting out books and DVD's.
This is a great library. They Gabe am amazing array of not just books, but other activity kits, learning resources, resale books, etc. It's clean, friendly, and safe. I love this library.
We love this library. It has a fun and interactive kids area, including a somewhat closed off toddler area with lots of toys. I loved their sing a long sessions with babies. They have activities and events all yr round. There is a homework center for kids too, and business resources for adults. There are also study rooms for reservation. There are paper resources with book recommendations. I love that all the libraries are connected so you can request books from all over Columbus. There is also a large digital library to read books from. Simply wonderful. I only wish they opened earlier than 1 on Sundays.
This is an awesome library connected to the The Columbus metropolitan libraries so you have great librarians, great resources, great connections. There are areas for age groups, media every where. So..over time, bother library just gets better and better. Collaborations with digital channels and othet sources. And the staff is always great. Seriously, check out the library.
One of the BEST children's area. If your little one loves to move, you must go to storytime, Mr. Austin is the best!
Great library with awesome programs. Their kids area is really cute.
I like the library and I go because its supposed to be a quiet place. I'm a nursing student and need all the peace and quiet I can get to be able to get as much work done as I can and the librarians at the information desk tonight are talking so loud that I can hear every word they are saying about tapestries and getting their tax returns and cant focus on my task at hand. I'm very disappointed. I would give a 1 star from my frustration but giving it a 3 because I have gone to this library almost my whole life and it has been very pleasant otherwise. Maybe with time libraries have changed but I cant understand how inconsiderate people can be.
Very nice place... clean, quiet, free printers/copiers...
As a second year, Library Sciences graduate student, when I arrived upon the campus for Northwest, I was very happy to see how well taken care of the campus was. I was in search of some classic literature for some personal studies, when a wonderful young miss, Jenna, stepped forward to assist me with any and all questions that I had. Jenna was a tremendous help, and was so kind as to even point me in the right direction a of the materials I sought. Her and the rest of the NW Library team, seem to compliment and help each other very well, so it comes as no surprise to me that the service is too notch. I will be back once I finish my books, with hopes of finding even more wonderful reads. Well done, Jenna, and all!
