Northwest Tag Agency

Our family has used Northwest Tag agency for years and it has consistently met our needs effectively and efficiently. Today I went in to get my Real ID was impressed not only with how well the process went but with the staff. The three women that assisted me were friendly and had a great attitude. They were patient, attentive and had a smile for every customer. This will always be my tag agency of choice.

This is the best tag agency in the entire state BY FAR. Most do not hold a candle to how helpful and friendly everyone is a Northwest Tag ESPECIALLY Tracie! She is always helpful, positive, funny, and makes the business go easy and informative. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate her and all her help!

They do a thorough job and try to keep it moving as quickly as possible. They also worked with me on rescheduling an appointment without any pushback. This is a good facility for your Tag Agency needs. I was helped by Deborah, Patricia, and Mai, all of whom were great! I had to register a new vehicle, turn in a transfer of title and get a real ID. Did it all under 30 minutes.

Walked in to update my drivers license no appointment. The ladies behind the counter were super nice, and did their best to accommodate me. I had to wait a little bit, which was 100% my fault for not making an appointment, but they got me taken care of. They deserve all the gold stars!!

I have dealt with Deborah Rock twice within a week, she was so helpful, on my second issue, I couldn’t get a tag for my truck due to pike pass fees, Deborah called them immediately, I handled it, also saved some money with pike pass fees. Deborah also got me a pike pass sticker. She helped me for another vehicle getting my title in the mail, and them sending me a email of a eta of when it will be mailed to me. She went over, and beyond, thank you Deborah, I will be back if I ever need any tag services….

This place is awesome. Not only are these gals extremely knowledgeable but they also have the ability to be patient with so many of us that are clueless. The driver's license ladies are like a well oiled machine. They actually make it look easy. I went on the hopes of getting my license renewed without an appt. If you get there early enough they try to work you in as a standby for anyone not showing up for their scheduled appts. They warn you it could be a long wait. They got me in quickly and really it wasn't that long of a wait. Thanks girls for going above and beyond. You made my day.

First off, the staff was amazing. They were super nice to everyone and went as fast as possible to get people through. Couldn't have been any happier getting my drivers license renewed. I did a walk in on Saturday so it took some time but they made it pleasant. Thanks guys!

Renewed my license online. Was only given a receipt and no temporary. Was told I could have it printed at a tag agency so I called this one to see what I needed. Lady with accent wouldn't let me finish a sentence and kept pushing for me to do a new renewal and that I couldn't just get it printed off like I thought. Kept trying to lie and say I needed to pay another $40 just for temp license. Told me "this is why you should have done it at the tag agency instead" implying that doing it online was the wrong move. I rarely get mad with customer service but this lady sent me over the edge with her know it all attitude and abrasiveness. She ended up hanging up on me, so I called express tag agency right down the road. They printed off my temporary literally within 2 minutes of me being there further proving she was just lying to me to pocket more money from me. Glad I dodged a bullet walking into this place.

There are two ladies doing the Real ID'S. They really went above and beyond to help me. You might have to wait as their computers are slow, but they will get to you as soon as possible. If you are late for an appointment, you will most likely have to reschedule as they see people back to back. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and can answer your questions. They work very hard with phones, computers, questions, and back-to-back appointments.
