TERRIBLE!!!! I had a very simple form that needed to be notarized and the woman filled it out, notarized it, copied it with my ID and THEN questioned the form because it had my maiden name on it and asked her boss about it. They said they couldn't do the form because of the different last names. I did show and point out that both the form and my Louisiana's driver's license had the same first name and middle initial AND was addressed to the same address. OBVIOUSLY I got married. They wouldn't give me back my original form which had the contact info for the organization that I would need to contact to obtain a new form. My original form also had my personal bank account information on it. I am beyond upset. If you don't know the correct rule about notarizing a form with a maiden name on it, then you SHOULDN'T BE NOTORIZING DOCUMENTS.

Don't bother with these people. They act like you are incompetent. I needed a simple form notarized and couldn't get it done because one of the ladies did not want to take 30 seconds to read the form. They will not get anymore business from me.
