I've been to several first Fridays and have enjoyed it immensely. There are all kinds of stores to patronize. Each with their own treasures that are off the beaten path. Plenty of things to see and The Norseman tavern is there with crafted brew and food too! Also Noto Burrito is located there so if you are hungry for several first rate burritos to choose from, stop in and meet the people there.  You will enjoy the works of art, the artists, and the scene in general.

It's small. It's in North Topeka. Like any place that has any meaning or feels like it has a soul, it is made up of a group of hard-working people. These people are unique, enthusiastic and artistic. That's what makes it an art neighborhood.

NOTO is a robust art and business district. Visiting Stutzman's Leather Shop I found some great travel items from Cocoon.
