Fantastic tour! We did the “Isle Sights Unseen” tour and our pilot was Joey. He was a great tour guide, very friendly, and the sights were great! We had a perfectly clear day, which made for amazing views and pictures. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much rain recently, so the waterfalls were limited. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. They help you get geared up, into the helicopter and buckled in. They even take your pictures for you!
What an experience! We had Josh as our pilot and what a nice guy and true professional. Our tour/ride was so super smooth I want to do it again and certainly will on our next visit. The Rainbow ground crew were super friendly and very pleasant. We picked this tour from other reviews and were absolutely pleased with our tour.
The Rainbow Helicopters Tour staff at the airport were super nice and accommodating. Tobias was our pilot and he was next level awesome!!! Super good pilot. Extremely friendly. His knowledge of the island was next level. When he shows you certain portions of the island, like the crazy mountain hikes, he’s speaking from experience as he has done almost all of them. Definitely recommend the private open door tour with Tobias!!!
Rainbow Helicopters is a spectacular experience for a fair price that gives you an amazing overview of the island! Riley was a confident and knowledgeable pilot who pointed out several places I never knew existed. A helicopter tour around the island is something everyone should experience, whether you're visiting or from the island! Truly an experience of a lifetime
Love this tour definitely worth it, not just enjoy the magnificent mountain/beach view also the pear harborrecommend going to pearl harbor museum before this plus the pilotJoey is so friendly, more than a tour guide, sharing the memory of this land. Arguably one of the best experiences while traveling! Perspective: been to 3 continents. Great way to, literally, see Oahu! Rainbow Helicopters/Nicole were very accommodating; tour/sights were amazing; Riley was a great pilot! Highly recommend booking a flight with Rainbow Helicopters!
Highly recommend this tour and this company. They do a great job, very professional. The pilot, Harley, was very professional and knowledgeable, a great guy. We got to see many of the areas of the island that you could only see via helicopter. Smooth comfortable doors off flight. Rainbow Helicopter does a fantastic job with making their customers happy. Most likely the highlight of our vist. A must do for all new visitors to Oahu. Again, Highly Recommend!
Most awe inspiring experience of my life! Hawaii from the air is a must! The helicopters are beautiful and the staff was friendly and very organized. Our pilot Oliver was very knowledgeable and considerate making sure everyone was ok and enjoying the flight. I have one major complaint … the pilot was so hot that it was distracting lol.
Our pilot Kyle was awesome and professional. He set up our trip and picnic. It was definitely a once in my lifetime experience!
Definitely a highlight of our trip. We got to fly over all the sites on the island: Waikiki, Diamond Head, Saved Falls, the eastern shore, the valley where they filmed Jurassic Park. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this helicopter tour.
