I recently took a shuttle from the airport to Waikiki and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The shuttle was on time and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this shuttle service to anyone in need of transportation from the airport to Waikiki. We will definitely use them for transportation

Our pickup at the airport to the hotel was great. Warren was so nice and friendly. Our transportation from hotel to the airport was fine. Driver was a few minutes late but I think he may have ran into a delay while picking up other people. Not sure of this driver's name but he was polite.

We had a great experience using VIP Trans for our private transportation to and from the Honolulu airport from Waikiki! For both trips, they were on time and provided clear instructions to find them. It was a lot more affordable than the alternative, which we really appreciated. We will definitely use them for airport transportation when we return to Hawaii!

Booked a flight through Expedia and VIP Trans was the complimentary shuttle service to my hotel listed on my reservation. When I landed, I approached 3 different drivers who wouldn’t take me to my hotel, claiming another was being dispatched for me. No one came so I was told to call the main office who was unhelpful and said I needed a reservation number for them to send a driver. I didn’t have one because I booked through Expedia, and they told me to call them. At this point I was so tired and hungry from traveling for 12 hours that I just paid for a different service to take me to the hotel. Not sure if this is an Expedia issue or what but I found the service and experience very poor and unprofessional

Waited for over an hour for collection at the assigned place. During that time rang dispatch 4 times, one call was disconnected Informed that vehicles were on their way numerous times. Don’t use. If I could leave no stars I would. Not sure they are capable of providing timely services. I also cancelled my return trip with them. Not sure I would get collected to make my international flight in time They seem very disorganised

DO NOT USE: Arrived early for flight and no one showed up until 9:26pm. Called office the lady was very rude and I’m canceling my pick up from hotel and will use another company. Driver Eddie was great, but office staff a hot mess. They actually tell you that the instructions you get after booking is not there actual protocol! Well that’s just dumb! It’s a reason they don’t list the address because the way that lady in office talks someone would take a trip for an in person visit!

I should have read the reviews. DO NOT USE. The dispatchers and drivers have no idea what they're doing. Accusing each other of the problems. It took over 1 hour from the time of the first call to when we finally left. And that it included a lot of luggage dragging around the airport to get to where the shuttles sit. No apologies offered.

Incredibly dishonest staff and lack of company values/integrity. Waited 1 1/2 hrs. for pickup at airport and called 4 times. After 4 different excuses why shuttle was running late, I had to finally get an Uber after final no-show. Now they state my reservation is non-refundable.

I just had a very RUDE encounter with the driver if bus #218, 08/25/2022 @ 4:55 a.m. at the Ilikai Hotel, 1777 Ala Moana. I’m waiting for the shuttle to the Honolulu Airport. He pulled up, did not open the door. I had to knock 3 times before he was, obviously inconvenienced by me asking if his bus was the right bus. He took a deep breath, rolled his eyes, looked away, then opened the door. The exchange was rude and less than helpful. On and on… When, I got my husband to come back to double check that he wasn’t the right bus, we stood at the door, he looked at us, sat there for at least another minute, turned the lights off, and drove off. Thankfully, I didn’t do any business with this company, and it was the wrong bus. Honestly, if you don’t want to deal with people, asking questions, perhaps you should look at other employment opportunities. It’s my sincere hope that this driver have a better day!!! Im on the way to the airport, and this driver is very polite, welcoming, and helpful…. ROBERT Hawaii is the way to go for us this morning!

If I could, I would leave no stars! Rude, advised I didn't have a reservation when I made one on the 14th with a reservation number as well as receipt number. Was hung up on, not disconnected, 4 times. No help, just call tomorrow to see about getting a refund! Called back a 5th time and advised I had my elderly parents with me and was told, take all the time you need in a sarcastic way. The lady then advised to go 5 blocks and cross the street 2 times to get to a ride! Needless to say, we didn't get the ride. Called lyft! Don't use this company especially if you have elderly people with you!
