We dealt with "Edgar Ramirez" for our mortgage transaction at this company! He was very unprofessional, horrible communicator and lacked sense of urgency. Initially, this guy was responsive to all the calls/messages/email regarding a mortgage file we opened with them but then, I don't know what happened, after one week into a mortgage process, he stopped responding to our calls/messages/email. Because of his lack of urgency, carelessness and no communication, we had to extend our closing 2 times. Finally, we got tired of him and this company and decided to go with another mortgage company. Avoid this company at all cost because they will leave you hanging at the last minute. Anyone who is thinking to go with this company, think twice and have a backup plan in place. If you do decide to go with this company, avoid "Edgar Ramirez" at all cost. He will not follow thru on your file and will not respond to your calls/message/email and screw you over at the last minute. I have raised this concern to Frank and upper management at this company but I doubt they will do anything about it. I just wanted to put this out here so people are aware of Edgar and this company.

My family and I met Herla and Frank Marta years ago. They promised my mom that in the future they would help her buy a house. Today with a lot of hard work and dedication they fulfilled their promise. I am extremely grateful to have such a patient and dedicated agent. I know my mom can be a bit picky, but Herla and Frank were extremely understandable. Herla and Frank are an excellent team, their work speaks for themselves.If you are looking forward to buying a house, I’m 100% sure that you can come to them for anything. My experience with them was beyond amazing, they are very responsible, reliable, friendly, and they always try to find the best option for your situation. I can definitely say they are extremely trustworthy and that they have both made my experience amazing. After all their dedication and help, my mom has finally found the house that she wanted. I hope God keeps blessing them in so many ways and I truly recommend them to anyone that is seeking to buy a house.
