Omg. One way in. No way our. Lines slow. Stuck. Just wanted to hit the atm. But stuck in line sharing teller lines. Please figure out something else. This isn't working. Unbelievable. I cant even exit here.
We understand your staffs are woring hard but i cannot make sense it took more than 20 minutes for deposit and rent payment only. Even she did put the wrong account for rent.
Terrible service, they failed to close my account 3x already and theyre saying i owe them for their mistake, do not do business with these crooks, they just want your dollar
I mean, their people just don’t get it. They can’t answer direct questions. I ask for a payment receipt, you know, something official since it’s a bank. They just type up an email and send it. Not a PDF, not any real proof. Something any idiot can type up. The level of stupidity at this bank is unreal.
