They are using Covid as an excuse for being completely inaccessible. You cannot speak to anybody on the phone, Ever. This is NOT banking. US Banks in ABQ are badly managed. Not the case in Denver.
Do you like this bank.
Best commercial bank in town. I like them better than my old credit union Nusenda aka New Mexico Educator's. It's the only financial institution on the Ethical 100 List. Also, they offer veterans free accounts with lots of benefits! Highly recommended!
