The staff and branch manager went out of their way for me to help me in a pickle. Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly.

If I could leave less stars I would. Illegal spying on your account. Selling out the info of there customers.

They obviously don't want to speak to people directly because they have this roundabout system that you have to jump through hoops and you never do get to speak to a live person and then you go to their bank and they're closed with no way of reaching anyone.

My wife and I wanted to open a new checking account. We waited maybe ten minutes before able to speak to someone about it. Gaetano was very informative and helped us out. One of the best bank personnel I have ever dealt with.

Fast except when it comes to the denominations it doesnt allow it for some reason.

This location never has enough people to do what they need to. You stand in line for 20-30 just to make a deposit because their drive-thru is never open. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been coming here 10 years and up until 3 months ago this was a good location. Today was the final straw if you do not know what a transfer slip is. You should not be a teller or in a bank.

Bank of America had plenty of faults... bad customet service, accusing looks when i walk in after a 14 hour shift looking like I jist worked a 14 hour shift, not the friendliestof places...this also includes ridiculous fees and charges. Moving to a different bank ASAP.
