Gotta love a credit union. Great customer service and NO FEES!
They wouldn't serve me because my vehicle doesn't fit in the drive thru and there lobby's are shut down and I've had an account for three years now. You would think they would have a plan for emergencies and special needs.
They're call center doesn't seem to know.what they're talking about. I called to confirm that they could provide a medallion guarantee before going in person and the agent neglected to tell me caveats which meant they couldn't help me. Not to mention I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time.
They over draft account to put people in the negative. Other then that they are okay
This credit union can't seem to ever have their ATMS working.
