Very helpful and great service. I was greeted at the door and helpfully guided to my direction of services needed. Courtesy for sure was given and support from the time I entered the building to leaving the bank. Keep it up! Very much appreciated. Compared to other branches I've gone too. Good and Great Staff and Security Guard

Withdrawing my money and closing my account. This bank is fine until you have any hiccup, and then you will be on hold with a robot for the rest of your life.

I get there on time, but they always cancel your appointment for no reason

I recently came here to open an account and Pilar’s customer service was amazing. Had conversations with us the whole time and made my mom and I feel welcome, the process was done quick with no haste and even took the time to inform my mom extra on a credit card she has been looking into.

Went in yesterday with my daughter to open a checking account and the lady that helped her was quick and very friendly. I ended up opening up a new account for myself. I highly recommend this bank.
