Great staff, great interest rates and convenient options. App works well and the branches are all over Albuquerque.

All the Tellers and the Customer Service help desk are always friendly and helpful. I really never have had any problems or issues.

John Coch at the Kirtland BX branch was helpful in guiding me in applying for a credit card. He was patient, answered my questions and made my visit an experience I will not forget. A couple days later, I received a letter thanking me for coming in to see him, and that if I ever needed help, to keep KFCU in mind.

Always professional and willing to assist. Have been banking here for over 40 years and never have a problem.

One Star is being nice, but sadly 0 stars is not an option. I am stationed over seas, I have informed KFCU numerous times and they canceled my debit and credit card leaving me stranded. Terrible customer service. This bank is not military oriented.

Mr. Rudd called me and said he would speak to their call center staff. He was able to fix my issue but I am not confident there will be any changes to the level of rudeness and unnecessary attitudes that I have experienced with this bank. Time will tell.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This credit union is a joke, and does not stand behind their customers. Instead they want side with institutions charging your card with no signatures. Stay away from this credit union.
