My mom and I came in to do some serious banking today. Roberta ended up helping us. She was so AMAZING! Got us taken care of as quickly and professionally as possible. It was a great experience that could have been a huge headache.

Love this location and bank. So glad I joined, much better customer service than big box banks. Streamlined processes for loan applications, credit card approval.

Don't sign up for a secure visa, because it won't graduate to unsecure credit card, and you'll be stuck with that card until you to close that credit line and apply for a unsecure credit card. They need to update and keep up with competitive creditors. If you need a secure credit card go with Discover.

Too much waiting time in line, please do something about it.

Teller was extremely rude asked if i wanted money back off my check when i said no she saysis it ok for me to put the money on a 2 day hold. Of course i say no and come to find out she isnt asking me she is telling me. She wasn't kind when she helped me veey rude amd not good customer service. I will never come back to this branch

Lady in the drive up is very rude. No thank you or have a good day. Nothing. You can be polite as can be she won't even respond. I'll be going to a different branch because it was unpleasant and uncomfortable.
