With the inside being closed due to Covid-19 you’ll be lucky to get through the drive thru in 2 hours. This was with 4 tellers open definitely shouldn’t be as slow as it is.
The sign at the lobby door needs to inform you that all business is done through the Drive thru unless you have an appointment
Be ready to spend more than an hour through the drive thru.
I would like to say a Huge Thank You, to the staff working hard during the Covid-19 shutdown. They have been quick and accurate while also being kind and considerate. You guys have been amazing! -Abbi
Drive-thru is incredibly slow. One teller during early afternoon hours. And no this was before COVID shutdown as well. Can you please have at least two telllers, especially on Friday's.
Don't make an appointment. Might as well just walk in and hope someone isn't busy because they aren't going to keep that appointment time. Just a heads up.
